‘All World’s a Stage. ‘This oft quoted line was the theme for the Interschool Shakespeare Festival held at Mother’s International School, Aurobindo Marg on 10th August’2018. The students of class IX participated in it.15 schools participated in the event. It was open for students of classes IX to XII. Columbans presented through their 8 minute act King Lear. A play which deals with a father’s pain and insanity. Voice modulation and expression along with their colourful costumes made the presentation a visual treat. The judges commended the efforts of all the participating schools. It was a great learning experience for the boys as they witnessed various nuances of the 16th Century Shakespearean Drama.
