As a part of the Disaster Management Plan to safeguard and protect our students from unforeseen natural and man-made crises, a Mock Evacuation Drill was conducted in the school on November 27th, 2018. A long Siren was rung following which the teachers initiated the evacuation of boys from their respective classes. The evacuation was orderly and brisk. Guided by the displayed arrow signs, all classes assembled at the designated areas in the open field. The student representatives stood with their placards directing their peers during this activity. The entire evacuation of the school took place in 3 minutes without any chaos or confusion.
Our students are regularly counselled on the disaster management guidelines used for evacuation in times of emergency. The Mock Disaster Drill further added to the disaster preparedness of our students.
