Middle School Events Detail

Date: 23^rd April, 2019

Venue: Edmund Rice Hall

The power point presentation was shown with brief introduction, enrollment process and functioning of the Enrichment Centre.

After orientation, parents of differently abled children were gathered in the Middle School Auditorium.

They were addressed by Mrs. S. Sheel ( headmistress of middle section) along with the team of Enrichment centre.

Educators present: Mrs. B. GidwanI ( Enrichment centre in-charge),Mrs. M. Thukral, Mrs. S. Handa, Ms. R. Kalra and  Mrs. K. Khanduri (Enrichment Centre Examination In-charge).

Mrs. B. Gidwani addresses the gathering and introduced the team.

Educators shared the following pointers with parents

• Enrollment procedure of students to the Enrichment centre
• Types of the support provided by the Enrichment Centre
• Modified curriculum of Math, English and Science
• In-class support - SST (Modified Group), English and Math (Partial support group)
• Exam support
• Home assignments/holiday homework
• Absenteeism of the students
• Medical issues: These need to be reported to the school with documents
• Code and conduct behavior of learners
• Monthly PTMs

MONTHLY PARENT TEACHER MEETING

The first Enrichment Centre monthly PTM of new session was scheduled on 23^rd April, 2019. The meeting was conducted in the respective EC venues in the multimedia basement from 1:45 pm to 3:30 pm.

Agenda

• To discuss entrance test analysis with parents, Math and English from class 4 to 8
• To discuss the projection of marks with the parents
• To discuss learners classroom behavior
