“Respect for ourselves guides our morals, respect for others guides our manners.”
The students of class 2C presented the morning special assembly on the 12th of July 2019. The assembly centred around the theme of being polite and respectful.
The morning began with an inspirational prayer and an insightful thought for the day. The students came up with a beautiful enactment about Mr. Rude and Mr. Polite highlighting the contrast between the two. There was an engaging presentation of handy tips for being kind and displaying respectful ways in our daily lives. This was followed by lively P.T exercises on the beats of a foot tapping number which had the students grooving to the music. Our Principal, Br. Miranda was all praises for the boys and was also delighted to see a boy dressed up as the Principal himself. The assembly culminated with the encouraging words by the Junior Wing Headmistress, Mrs Kaushal who motivated the children to be their polite and respectful best.
