No one has become poorer by giving. When one truly gives-not by corrupted motives-but from the goodness of their heart, it is believed that their soul is cleansed. We do know that if one gives to charity they make a difference to the lives of plenty, which in itself is the greatest gift of all.
The school Justice-Education Society organized outreach programs for students to step out from their comfort zone and help those in need. The outreach was mainly an effort of the NGO “Chetanalaya” which made it possible for the group to visit the people from the Mukundpur slums.
The event was conducted on the 19th and 20th of August. Students gathered in the school courtyard and started their journey on chartered buses to Mukundpur. The school spent on various general products including soap and small food packets that were distributed to the people of the slum. The students played songs and organized fun activities for the children.
