Topic: Understanding logarithm
Today the phi cluster members from class 9 had an amazing experience learning logarithm. In today's session we learnt about logs, Its application, i.e. why geologists prefer application of logarithms in radioactive decay dating estimation, sedimentology, and to determine grain sizes, to measure decibel level, Richter scale etc., how to solve the logarithmic problems. We also learned about three laws of logarithms. Anugrah particularly made the session interesting by making us solve problems in logarithm in a very interactive way. Mrs. Jain shared with us how huge numbers in life can be handled with ease. It was fun solving the problem and being the part of this amazing session.
