Topic – Respecting all Life Forms

On the pleasant morning of 22nd of July 2020, the boys of Class 3 B came together on the digital platform to present the Online Class Assembly.
The morning session began on a soulful note as the students engaged in energising breathing exercises which was followed by a calming Mindfulness session. During the meditation the boys concentrated on gathering, imbibing and feeling the positive energy of nature.
The Morning Prayer by the students evoked the presence of the divine amidst us. The assembly centered on the theme, ‘Respecting all Life Forms’
All forms of life on this Earth are God's creation. Each life form is equally important and cherished. Through an interesting dialogue, the boys depicted the meaning of respect in simple terms for all to understand.
The students reminded the importance of expressing respect to all life forms – our parents, grandparents, plants, animals, etc., in our daily lives.
The endearing presentation of a lively song – ‘Respect for you and me!’ surely brought smiles on the faces of all in attendance. The assembly concluded with the encouraging words of our respected Headmistress, Mrs Kaushal who emphasised the importance of being respectful and applauded the efforts of the class teacher and the students of 3B.
The Online Assembly was surely a gentle reminder of the famous quote
by Miguel Angel Ruiz who said -
“Respect is one of the greatest expressions of love.”
