With all of us facing a Global pandemic, the Sports Committee took the most awaited Columban event to new heights as it debuted the first-ever Virtual Sports Day. The grand event was held on the 29th of October 2020 and created an inclusive platform to allow all Columbans to display their competitive spirit. The Chief Guest for the day was Mr Pulkit Garg, an IAS officer, and an Ex Columban of the 2010 batch. The event boasted of events such as the Push-up and Plank-Off, Crunches contests for the fitness enthusiasts as well as the Chess and Rubik's cube events for our intellectual athletes. The E-Sports Tournament, Keepy Ups and the Sports Quiz for the know-it-alls were also major crowd pullers along with the Card Castles and Bottle Flip events for the fun-loving participants Br. McKeogh house managed to nab the Overall Best House award with Br. Steinmeyer and Br. Morrow following closely behind.
