Topic- Save WATER
The enthusiastic students of Class 1D came up to present the Morning Assembly on the cold winter morning of 25th November 2020. The assembly focused on the important topic-‘SAVE WATER’.
The session began with a warm welcome extended to our Headmistress, Mrs Kaushal and the teachers of Junior School. The Morning Prayer by the students had them praying together and seeking the blessings of Almighty God and thanking him for his grace.
What followed was a thought provoking short skit which depicted careless wastage of water in our daily lives. The boys in their own little ways urged one and all to save every drop of water.
Starting from saving water while brushing their teeth, taking a shower, washing utensils, reusing AC water to water the plants, etc., the students suggested simple steps to conserve water. SDG-6 was integrated in a simple manner to convey the message of doing our bit to save water in our society.
The assembly came to a fruitful end with the ‘Thought for the day’
Our Headmistress, Mrs Kaushal applauded the choice of topic and the integration of SDG in the assembly. She further encouraged the boys to put in their best to save each drop of this precious natural resource.
