B. Shambhava Sood of class XII-D and Aryan B. of class XII-C, both took part in Quizathon 2021 powered by ETS TOEFL along with other schools across India. There were three rounds: Destination, English Vocabulary and TOEFL iBT. It was an intense competition wherein all the schools played well. There had to be two tie breaker rounds to declare the winners. St. Columba’s School Stood third. Aryan and Shambhava showed good coordination and played well. Both of the students were given Rs. 1000 worth Amazon vouchers each and certificates along with TOEFL kits.
C. Tanish Jain of class XII-A, completed an international Summer Internship with LUDIFU on business development and was awarded the intern of the month and got a certificate for outstanding honourable effort. He was a part of the Indian team which comprised of 3 people. There were 14 other countries and team India stood at the second position overall. Tanish Jain also participated and won the Top 10 global Ranking in the Westcliff University Young Tycoon Challenge. He won a certificate of merit with a cash prize of $100.
D. The ACCA Qualification is a world-leading accountancy qualification for aspiring financial professionals - providing students with the skills, knowledge, and values to have successful careers and lead the organizations they work with into the future. It is a UK Chartered Accountant qualification. Ansh Gupta of class XII-A has successfully completed all foundation level exams of ACCA- Foundation in Business and Technology, Foundation in Management Accounting, and Foundation in Financial Accounting.
