The Annual Columban Fest was held on 17th and 18th of November 2017. This 2-day event is much looked forward to as it offers a wide range of activities to choose from, and every student gets an opportunity to display the talent and realize his potential. It also gives them a chance to interact with students of other schools.
This year intra Columban fest was held on 16th of November in the second half. There were 8 Intra school activities ranging from Rangoli, Dumb Charades, Photography, Web Designing, Public Speaking, Poster Making, Football, Rangoli and Dance. The enthusiastic participation by all the students was a pleasant sight to behold. At the end of the day, the winners of each event were announced in the closing ceremony.
The inter school Columban fest was kicked off with an inauguration ceremony attended by the students and teachers of other schools on 17th November 2017. Cadence, Ehsaas, Glitch, Cosmos, Coding, Trishna, Footloose, Conflux, Economists Meet, Basket Ball & Surprise event.
Above 30 schools participated in the events, and were adjudged by experts from different fields Individual prizes for the various activities were given. The overall winner of the interschool Columban fest was St. Columba's, but since we were the host school, the trophy was handed over to second best school i.e. G. D. Goenka, Vasant Kunj.
The programme ended with the prize distribution and vote of thanks by Mr. Chopra.
